Can I delete notes from a closed appointment?
Once an appointment has been closed or completed (after the consultant sign off page) can’t edit or delete the notes of that appointment. You can use this guide to add notes to an existing appointment.
I’ve put the wrong notes against the appointment
You can’t edit or delete notes from an appointment once it has been closed or completed.
If you’ve closed or completed an appointment and then noticed the wrong notes were inputted, notify the User Support team at clinicalsupport@convergeintl.com.au. Make sure you include the Appointment number or Assist case number along with the date and time of the appointment so we can assist you.
You’ll still need to follow this support article to add the correct notes to the appointment.

You can view the notes for appointments you have completed with the client by following these instructions:
