How does the FIT survey benefit different stakeholders?

Your client: Your client will be the greatest beneficiary of the Feedback Informed Treatment survey. During the survey, it encourages self-reflection and improves awareness of key mental health metrics. Ongoing, the survey allows the client to reflect and track progress. The results help drive conversations and goals during the session for both the client and consultant together, allowing the client to make the most of their EAP.

You, the consultant: With the information provided by your clients' completed survey, you can provide feedback informed treatment, with targeted conversation points. The survey also allows you plan goals and objectives aligned to the Employee Assistance Program, whilst planning for external support options with your client if needed. Focusing conversations around key areas where the client may need to address, alongside any key areas picked up in natural conversation with your client during a session together helps provide stronger outcomes and support options.

The clients' organisation: For the organisation of the client, they receive de-identifiable data which provides them with a richer data set that outlines wellbeing and progress across their employee base, driving internal initiatives allows organisations to provide greater support to teams overall where and when needed.
