If your wearable device is not compatible with Google Fit service/app, you can input manual data into the Converge App.
If you are using your smartphone as a pedometer:
1st, make sure your smartphone has a pedometer feature built-in. Check with your manufacturer for this info.
Then, make sure you have Google Fit enabled to collect that data which then sends it to the Converge App (see below).
