If you have a need to rebook a Telehealth client into an Adhoc schedule, contact the User Support team at http://Converge does audit consultants with both Telehealth (Open) and Adhoc schedules to ensure compliance to these rules are adhered to. If you are unsure or need help, contact User Support at www.convergeinternational.com.au/support/consultant then click “Raise a support ticket” to raise a support ticket with us. Note, you can always rebook existing Adhoc (Client Services referred) clients as normal, without approval.suppport/consultant
