IF the client or you were in a non-DST observing state
AND you booked an appointment with that client before DST changes
Example:
In September 2024, before DST occurs:
You scheduled an appointment with a customer living in QLD.
The appointment is scheduled to occur on October 10th, 2024 at 12:00pm Customer time (QLD).
You are located in NSW - at the time both you and the client are in the same time zone.
The appointment appears as 12pm in NSW and 12pm in QLD
After Daylight savings occurs:
The time of the appointment will be off by +1hr in your calendar, but not in the clients calendar.
The appointment will appear in your calendar at 1:00pm instead of 12:00pm
The appointment will continue to be at 12:00pm for the customer, in their time zone (QLD)
There will be an impact on Appointment times. The appointment may now be in your calendar + or - time to when you originally scheduled it.
