Always rebook into the Customer's time-zone, allowing Phoenix to auto calculate the time-zone difference between you and the Customer. Phoenix will allow you to check this before confirming the appointment (see example below) to see if you are available for that appointment in your time-zone. This allows you to go back if you are not available at that time in your time-zone, and reschedule with the Customer a time that suits both. |
