If, after completing an appointment you need to add notes, you can do this from the Quick View page. You can only add notes as an attachment and cannot edit closed notes.

Step 1: Find the completed appointment in Quick View

In Quick View, go to the “Appointments recently completed” section and click the appointment button on the left side. You’ll be taken to the appointment detail screen (Classic View)

If you can’t find the appointment, use the filter search button (the dotted triangle in the “Client First Name” column header to only show a particular client. See more here: Use filter tool to search

Step 2: Navigate to add follow up notes

Next, in the appointment detail screen scroll down to the case details section:

Do not click or use the “Add documents” button feature unless directed to do so by Converge or if your notes are hand-written scans that is not in a format that can be copy and pasted.
