Clinical escalation
In the event of an urgent clinical escalation, please always contact Customer Service - 1300 687 327 or customerservice@convergeintl.com.au for non-urgent clinical escalations, who will relay your message to a clinical manager to support you. If you need to support your client in an emergency or where there is a risk for harm, our customer service team can re-schedule upcoming appointments.
If you have an assigned clinical manager, you can CC them in your email to the customer service email address.
In an emergency, always call 000 or 112 (New Zealand)
