If, after completing an appointment you need to add notes, you can do this from the Quick View page. You can only add notes as an attachment and cannot edit closed notes.


Step 1: Find the completed appointment in Quick View

In Quick View, go to the “Appointments recently completed” section and click the appointment button on the left side. You’ll be taken to the appointment detail screen (Classic View)


Step 2: Navigate to the appointment attachments section

On the appointment details screen (Classic View), navigate below the Task filter section to the sub-menu of options and click “Attachments”.

  1. Click Attachments (below the “Task filter” section)

  2. Click “Add”

  3. Click Attach files. You can upload a PDF of the notes. You may also be able to upload a Word Document however this is sometimes rejected - use PDF for best results.


FAQ

Can I delete notes from a closed appointment?

Once an appointment has been closed or completed (after the consultant sign off page) can’t edit or delete the notes of that appointment. You can use this guide to add notes to an existing appointment.

I’ve put the wrong notes against the appointment

You can’t edit or delete notes from an appointment once it has been closed or completed.

If you’ve closed or completed an appointment and then noticed the wrong notes were inputted, notify the User Support team at Support - Converge International. Make sure you include the Appointment number or Assist case number along with the date and time of the appointment so we can assist you.

You’ll still need to follow this support article to add the correct notes to the appointment.
