This is a simplified version of the Completing an appointment (Quick View) guide. For more detailed information about each step, view the above linked guide.

It should take you 1-2 minutes to complete this process. You should complete an appointment during your 10 minutes admin time between appointments (each Converge Appointment is 50 minutes + 10 minutes admin = 60 minutes.


Step 1. Login to Phoenix

Login to the Phoenix portal (phoenix.convergeint.com)

Step 2. Find your incomplete appointment listed

  1. In the Quick View page, find appointment listed in the “Appointments not started” section.

If the appointment is not listed, try checking the “In Progress” section or Use filter tool to search

Step 3. On the listed appointment, click “Commence”

  1. When you find the listed appointment, click “Commence” button to commence the session. If the appointment is listed in the “In Progress” section, click “Resume”

  2. Click “Proceed to commence appointment”

Step 4. Page 1 of 3: Note taking page

  1. You’ll now see the optional note taking page. If you are a Converge Partner or Employee, you need to enter your notes here.

    1. If you are an external consultant (not a Partner or Employee) you don’t need to provide your notes.

  2. Once completed, click “Next” at the bottom right

Step 5. Page 2 of 3: Client outcomes (multiple choice questionnaire)

  1. Click “Yes” on the first question (“Pre-Populate Issue Category and Description with Most Recent Information?”)

  2. Then, fill in the multiple choice questions further below.

If it’s session 1, you’ll need to complete the questionnaire and all questions.

If it’s session 2 or later, the multiple choice questions (except the first Yes/No question mentioned in point 1 above) will be pre-filled based on your last appointments' responses. Adjust any if a change has occurred in client outcomes

Step 6. Page 3 of 3: Consultant sign off

  1. Read the information written on the page. Once you sign off the appointment, you can’t amend the data you’ve submitted.

  2. Click “Consultant sign off” button when completed.

(tick) You’ve now completed an appointment

You’ll be returned to the Quick View page to complete any other appointments.

Your completed appointment will drop down to the “Appointments recently completed” section, where you can click “rebook” if you need to schedule the next session.
