This guide is for Converge Associates and Partners and will show you how to add your own leave breaks to your Phoenix diary.

Please note - If you do not feel comfortable following the below steps, you can email the User Suppor team at people.assistadmin@convergeintl.com.au for assistance.

Before you add any leave, please check for appointments already booked in the required break period. If you find any, please remember to complete this process by following the instructions outlined in Step 8.

Step 1:

Login to Phoenix and click on ‘My Calendar’

Step 2:

Click on the ‘Working Days’ tab

Step 3:

Click on ‘Edit Break Period’ option

Please do not click on 'Edit Work Schedule'. If you need your schedule edited, please email people.assistadmin@convergeintl.com.au

Step 4:

Click ‘Add day off’

Step 5:

Choose either full day or part of day by clicking the appropriate box:

  • 5.1: If full day, click the calendar to expand the date selection.

Now then select the start date of your leave and the end date (the end date is inclusive). When finished, click Apply, then Submit.

  • 5.2 : If part day, ensure you select the start time before date, and end time before date. Click Submit when finished.

Step 7:

To finalise the submitted break, click on ‘Final Save’ at the top of the Leave Break section.

Please note - If you make a mistake or become available, you can delete the break by clicking on the bin option (as seen in step 7).

Public Holidays are automatically blocked in your diary; however, the blocks will never be visible to you. If you would like to work on a public holiday, please email people.assistadmin@convergeintl.com.au

Step 8:

For first appointment with client:

You are required to reschedule any recurring clients with you.

For first-time appointments you will need to email:

  • customerservice@convergeintl.com.au

  • With the subject line 'CVI RESCHEDULES (FIRST NAME, LAST NAME) (STATE).

  • Please include the dates/times that you will be on leave and appointment numbers that need to be rescheduled.

For 2nd and subsequent appointments:

You must check your diary for appointments via the ‘Not Started' section of Quick View or via your 'Calendar View’. You are responsible for rescheduling your recurring clients.

If you are unwell or in an emergency

You will not be required to reschedule your own clients, and rather should call the Customer Service or email:
