Register for the Converge App
Before you get started, make sure you’ve setup and registered yourself in the Converge App. If you haven’t, follow this guide: https://convergeintl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CSC/pages/304709889
1. Open an active move challenge
Open the Converge App, then:
From the “Home” tab of the App, check the “Recommended for you” section (see below image)
Then, tap “Sign up for the Move Team Challenge”,
OR:
Tap “Challenges” from the bottom tab
Then, tap “Sign up for the Move Team Challenge”
You will be navigated to the Registration page
Then, tap the available move challenge listed.
2. Confirm your registration
After following the above confirm your registration:
Tap the check box to confirm your participation in the Move challenge
Then, tap Register
3. Confirm your team option
If your organisations' Move challenge has not ended yet, you’ll have three options:
Join a team
This means you will select an existing team to join.
Form my own team
You will be asked to name and create your own team. Once created, anyone can join the team and you can share a link to the team for others to join.
Wait to be assigned
If you select this option, when the Move challenge starts, you’ll be automatically sorted into a team.
FAQ:
Why can’t I see team confirmation options (Join a team, Form a team or Wait to be assigned)?
You might be using the older version of the app. Please check you have the latest version of the Converge App.
If you are using an Android phone, go to “Play Store” > search for “Converge International” > update the app.
If you are using an iPhone, go to “App Store”> search for “Converge International” > update the app. These options are available in the latest Converge App.
I’ve updated the Converge App, but still can’t see the team confirmation options
Your organisation may have requested to disable these options. However, you can still register for the Move Challenge. Our system will assign you to a team.
Why there is no “Join a team” option?
It can take a few seconds for the Join a team option to appear. “Join a team” option will be available if you wait for a few seconds or go back to Team Options page.
If you still do not see it, you might be the first person creating a team!
