If, after completing an appointment you need to add notes, you can do this from the Quick View page. You can only add notes as an attachment and cannot edit closed notes.
Step 1: Find the completed appointment in Quick View
In Quick View, go to the “Appointments recently completed” section and click the appointment button on the left side. You’ll be taken to the appointment detail screen (Classic View)
Step 2: Navigate to add follow up notes
Next, in the appointment detail screen scroll down to the case details section:
Click “Case details” tab (if not already selected)
Click the sub-tab “Case Note Information”
Then click “Follow up notes” button.
A plain text box will appear where you can paste notes. When done, click “Submit”.
If you need to review the follow up notes or orignal notes (if any), click “View case note” button.
This pop up for follow up notes will not include the section breakers for Issues client presented with, Mental health risk assessment and Mental health risk assessment comments. All text entered or pasted will be in plain text and won't have any text formatting applied.
Do not click or use the “Add documents” button feature unless directed to do so by Converge or if your notes are hand-written scans that is not in a format that can be copy and pasted.
