Navigating to Public Holidays Functionality

  1. Navigate to Consultant: People Culture & Learning Leader profile on Phoenix

  2. Global Calendars

  3. Public Holidays Calendars

 

Creating a new calendar

  1. Add Calendar

  2. Add Holiday

  3. Input Dates

  4. Submit

 

Adding new dates to existing calendar

  1. Edit

  2. Add Holiday

  3. Input Dates (edit Description to relevant years as required)

  4. Submit

This will be the primary function once all standard public holidays are added as the User Support team will add in new dates for the following year
