After all activities and follow-up bookings (where relevant) have been completed, select ‘Conclude’
The user is then navigated to the ‘Conclude’ screen, where there is an option to ‘Amend Engagement and Travel Duration’
Only select this tick-box where actual service delivery (time) and travel duration were extended beyond the originally booked times. The user must complete all details in the subsequent fields. All additional service delivery times and travel beyond those of the original booking are assessed and audited by the Rapid Response Team, and confirmed with the customer.
If the job was completed as per the original booking request (service delivery and travel), do not populate this box and move down the screen to the final concluding questions
