This guide will walk you through rebooking for your next appointment.
When you are ready to rebook your next appointment you can rebook with the same consultant or a different consultant at a time and day convenient to you.

Before you get started, you’ll need an account linked to an eligible organisation for online booking. If you haven’t set one up yet, follow this guide: https://convergeintl.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5/article/133201958 Use the same email address you have previously provided when accessing EAP. |
Step 1: Login to the online booking portal
Head to the online booking portal:
Direct link: Online Booking (converge-online.com)
Or, via the Converge International website - convergeinternational.com.au then click “Book appointment”
Or, via the Converge International app available from the Apple App store and Google Play Store
If accessing the website, click “Login” then enter your email and password to login.
If you are using the Converge International App, you should be logged in already, otherwise login.
Step 2: Find the previous appointment and rebook
On the “My Appointments” page, you’ll see a list of your active and past appointments.
Click on the History tab to view previously attended appointments.
Click or tap the three dots on the right side of the appointment for an actions menuto action the appointment.
Then, select “Rebook”.
Step 3: Confirm rebooking details
Next, you’ll be presented with a booking details screen where you can confirm if you’d like to rebook with the same consultant or a different one and alter other particulars of the appointment request.
Confirm if you prefer the same consultant with “Yes” or “No”, or if you don’t have a preference, select “No Preference”
Confirm the appointment type - Video call with Microsoft Teams or Phone call.
Attendance will be preselected as individual. For family or couple sessions, please call us on 1300 687 327.
Confirm if your issue is related to COVID-19
Click or tap “Continue”.

The Issue description, service, issue category and issue fields can’t be changed as you are rebooking for the same issue type. |
Step 4: Confirm an appointment date and time
Next, confirm the date and time for your upcoming appointment.
Use the “Next week” or “Previous week” buttons at the top to view more dates and times.

Weekend appointments are not yet available via the online booking portal. For weekend appointments, call us on 1300 687 327 (AU) or 0800 666 367 (NZ). |
Click “Complete” after you have selected an appointment.
After clicking complete, you’ll see a pop up with a confirmation of the appointment date and time along with an appointment number.

When accessing EAP services, you are entitled to a set number of sessions based on your contract. Learn more here: Session entitlements |
Click “Ok” to complete the rebooking process.

Reschedule an appointment

Cancel an appointment
If you can’t make your scheduled appointment and aren’t ready to reschedule or you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you can cancel your appointment.
