Reschedule an appointment
If you are no longer able to attend your upcoming appointment, you can reschedule it on the online booking portal.
Get started
Before you get started, you’ll need an account linked to an eligible organisation for online booking. If you haven’t set one up yet, follow this guide: Register for online booking
Use the same email address you have previously provided when accessing EAP.
Step 1: Login to the online booking portal
Head to the online booking portal:
Direct link: Online Booking (converge-online.com)
Or, via the Converge International website - convergeinternational.com.au then click “Book appointment”
Or, via the Converge International app available from the Apple App store and Google Play Store
If accessing the website, click “Login” then enter your email and password to login.
If you are using the Converge International App, you should be logged in already, otherwise login.
Step 2: Find the appointment and Reschedule
On the “My Appointments” page, you’ll see a list of your upcoming appointments.
Click or tap the three dots on the right side of the appointment for an actions menu.
Then, select “Reschedule”.
Note that you can also cancel your appointment instead of rescheduling. For more information, click here: Cancel an appointment
Step 3: Select a new appointment date and time
Next, you’ll be presented with a calendar view of available appointments to select from.
Select the date or click the arrow button to look at the following month.
Select an appointment then click “Complete”.
A pop up will then appear, showing the appointment information and asking you to confirm. Click “Confirm”.
Please note that a 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Any reschedule made within 24 hours will result in the loss of the session. This also applies to same day bookings.

View your upcoming appointments
To view all your upcoming appointments, click the “My Appointments” option from the top of the portal or if you are accessing on a smartphone, tap the menu button, then tap “My Appointments”.
View your cancelled or rescheduled appointments
To view your cancelled appointments, click the “My Appointments” option from the top of the portal, then click “History” under the Appointments header, or if you are accessing on a smartphone, tap the menu button, then tap “My Appointments”, then tap “History” under the Appointments header.
