Register a family member for Online Booking
If your Organisation supports it, direct family members are eligible to use your Organisations' EAP service and they can use the Online Booking portal to start their EAP services and manage their appointments.
Family members will have a separate profile in our system and linked Online Booking account which doesn’t draw from your EAP session allocation and is separately managed by that direct family member themselves.
Direct family members aged 18 and older can register themselves and use the Online Booking portal using your Organisation code.
If the direct family member is under 18, you’ll need to call our Customer Service team on 1300 687 327 (Australia) or 08 0066 6367 (New Zealand) for assistance. Direct family members under 18 are not eligible to use the Online Booking portal.
Important information
When completing the registration, they’ll use your Organisation code, and then they’ll use their name, email, date of birth, address, phone number, etc.
However, in the employment information section (during registration), they’ll enter your employment information including position, date of commencement, role, etc.
