Letter of Attendance

You can obtain a “Letter of Attendance” for any completed appointment that is visible via the Online Booking Portal. The Letter of Attendance provides a summary of your attendance from a specific appointment you attended.

Letters of Attendance can only be obtained via the Online Booking portal. Letters of Attendance will be available via the Converge International App in a future update.

You can use your existing login details from the App with the Online Booking Portal.


Requesting a letter of attendance

  1. Head to the Online Booking portal here, or if you haven’t registered, view this guide: Register for online booking

  2. After logging in, go to the “My Appointments” tab

  3. Click the history “History” option to see your historical appointments

  4. Once you’ve found the appointment you’d like the Letter of Attendance for, click the “More Actions” button on the right (three dots )

  5. From the drop down menu, click “Obtain a Letter of Attendance”

After clicking “Obtain a Letter of Attendance”, it will be downloaded via your web-browser for you to view and save to your device.


I can’t select or see the “Obtain letter of Attendance” option for my appointment

You can only request a Letter of Attendance for appointments you attended. If you were a no show or cancelled an appointment, you won’t be able to obtain a Letter of Attendance for those appointments.

I want a letter of attendance for all my historical appointments

You can obtain a Letter of Attendance for each individual appointment and each request will be for that specific appointment. We are not able to provide a Letter of Attendance for all appointments in a single letter.

Can information from my appointment be included with the Letter of Attendance?

Only your attendance, the date and time and your name are included with the Letter of Attendance in a Converge formatted letter.
