Example: Your client is in Western Australia WA and you are in NSW. The client has asked for 12pm in their time zone for the next appointment. When entering the time into the booking system, enter 2pm as Western Australia WA has a -2 hour difference to NSW. The appointment will then appear as 12pm for the client in the booking email and 2pm in your calendar. |
