⛔ Problem

The time I’ve booked shows differently for my client or vice versa.

(tick) Solution

When rebooking an existing client, the time you enter in the rebooking screen needs to be in the client’s time zone. This means if the client is in a different time zone, you’ll need to calculate the correlating time in your time zone and enter that into the booking.

Example:

Your client is in WA and you are in NSW. The client has asked for 12pm in their time zone for the next appointment. When entering the time into the booking system, enter 2pm as WA has a -2 hour difference to NSW. The appointment will then appear as 12pm for the client in the booking email and 2pm in your calendar.
