The Online Booking Portal can be accessed by any employee of an Organisation Converge serves as their EAP provider. For most Organisations, it’s also available for immediate family members (but not minors).

What can Online Booking not support (currently)?

  • Urgent Appointment

  • Appointment on behalf of someone else

  • Couples or family counselling

  • Appointment for a minor

  • Disability or interpreter assistance

  • After hours or weekend appointment
