This guide will explain on how to log into UCM for consultants.

Log in with your username and password, following any prompted multi-factor authentication processes.
Your page will open to a nominated default application page:
If you are a user with access to multiple applications (i.e. undertake more than one area of clinical service delivery for Converge such as Rapid Response Services, EAP Services or Onsite Wellbeing Services), click on your name/initials or the downwards-facing arrow next to your name displayed on the top right-hand side of the page and select ‘Switch apps’.
From the dropdown menu, choose the required application for your needs.

NOTE – whilst your work basket and calendar view are universal across all applications, you can only access the details for each job and enter activities/case notes for each type of service delivery via the correct application. |
Applications:
For Rapid Response Services: UCM:ConsultantMember
For Onsite Wellbeing Services: UCM:ConsultantMember
For EAP Services: ServApp:Consultant Member
Select the correct application for your service delivery needs by clicking on the preferred application. The system will then load your chosen application.
For the purposes of this guide, the focus will be on Rapid Response Services via the UCM:ConsultantMember application.
o Ensure you have selected ‘Phoenix – Universal Case Management Application (UCM:ConsultantMember)

After navigating to your preferred application, you can commence viewing your scheduled jobs and entering activities and case notes.
