Add detailsOn occasion, there may be no uptake of the Rapid Response service by participants. This may typically occur:
during phone stand-by services
when a consultant is onsite and there is no opportunity for walk-the-floor, and no individuals present for group or individual support
Where there is no uptake of services, no activities can be added to the Engagement.
Where this occurs:
Open the job and then select ‘Capture Activities (Conduct)’

A pop-up field will appear as follows, choose ‘confirm’ to proceed or ‘cancel’ if this is an error and you need to go back to add activities
