Recording No Uptake of Service

On occasion, there may be no uptake of the Rapid Response service by participants. This may typically occur:

  • during phone stand-by services

  • when a consultant is onsite and there is no opportunity for walk-the-floor, and no individuals present for group or individual support

Where there is no uptake of services, no activities can be added to the Engagement.

Where this occurs:

  1. Open the job and then select ‘Capture Activities (Conduct)’

  1. Select ‘Conclude’

  1. A pop-up field will appear as follows, choose ‘confirm’ to proceed or ‘cancel’ if this is an error and you need to go back to add activities

  1. After choosing ‘confirm’ the page will navigate to the concluding stage
