The Rapid Response Coordination team are responsible for intake/triage, sourcing, completion of all bookings and any other operational/administrative functions relating to job requests.

When a clinician is booked for a Rapid Response job, the clinician receives confirmation of this job via an email notification sent to the users’ nominated email address. All the details needed for the job are included in this email notification, however users can also view job details via Universal Case Management (UCM).

All clinicians are required to have access to Universal Case Management (UCM) to be able to view engagements, add service activities and to complete case notes.

Refer to user guides:

For the purposes of viewing engagements (job bookings) via UCM prior to job commencement, and during job completion, users can access each job via two options:

  1. Viewing engagements via ‘My Work’

  2. Viewing engagements via ‘My Calendar’.

Viewing engagements (jobs) via ‘My Work’:

  • The ‘My Work’ field is the default opening page for users (after selecting application: UCM:ConsultantMember)

  • Under the tab ‘My Engagements’ the users’ current jobs will be listed alongside their relevant Case ID

    • Click on the Case ID number to open the case and view details

  • Under the tab ‘My Follow-Ups’ the users’ current follow-up jobs will be listed alongside their relevant Case ID

    • Click on the Case ID number to open the follow-up case and view details
