To provide a more reliable and faster portal, we’ve transitioned from PEGA to Amazon Web Services to host our Phoenix portal.

Part of this transition requires you to use a new URL to access the Phoenix portal which became active on Monday, 26th September.

The old URL (cnvrge-phoenix-prod1.pegacloud.net) will be decommissioned from 30th September.

Your login details will be suspended on the old portal but will still be active on the new portal URL.

(tick) What you need to do:

  1. Please remove the Phoenix bookmark from your web-browser. Learn more here: Update your bookmarks

  2. Go to the new URL https://phoenix.convergeint.com/ and add it to your bookmarks. Learn more here: Update your bookmarks

  3. Login using your existing credentials. If your browser asks you to save the details, we recommend you select yes or allow so that your login details are saved for next time.

(warning) When I try to login, Phoenix says “Account Suspended” or Contact Administrator

If you see the above messages, you’ll need to check you are using the new URL link. Your login details have been suspended on the old portal URL but are active and ready to use on the new URL.

(question) I’ve forgotten my login details

If you’ve forgotten your login details, head to the new portal URL and click “trouble logging in”. You’ll then be asked to enter your username, which is your full email address. Then proceed with the verification process to then create a new password.

Don’t forget to bookmark the new portal URL.

🔄 Update your default browser

It may be beneficial to update your computer’s default web-browser to ensure you open the Phoenix portal in your preferred browser. Follow the below instructions if needed.

(star) Update your bookmarks

Your existing bookmarks will take you to the decommissioned Phoenix portal. Please add the new URL using the steps below.

Please remove all existing bookmarks using these steps

Google Chrome (PC/Mac):

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.

  2. Find the bookmark you normally click to open the Phoenix portal and right click it. Then click “Delete bookmark”.

Microsoft Edge (PC/Mac):

  1. Click the bookmark icon at the top right of your browser (star with three lines) (blue star)

  2. Find the bookmark listed

  3. Right click then select “delete” from the drop down menu

Apple Safari:

  1. Find the bookmark in Safari (however you currently access it) and right click (or Tap and hold on iPad) the bookmark. Then click delete.

Then, add the new Portal URL and bookmark it using these steps

Google Chrome (PC/Mac):

  1. Enter or copy and paste this URL into your web browser then press enter/return on your keyboard https://phoenix.convergeint.com/

  2. Press the Star (blue star) icon (near the top right)

  3. On the pop up, rename the bookmark then click the blue “done” button to confirm.

Microsoft Edge (PC/Mac):

  1. Enter or copy and paste this URL into your web browser then press enter/return https://phoenix.convergeint.com/

  2. Press the Star (blue star) icon (near the top right)

  3. On the pop up, rename the bookmark then click the blue “done” button to confirm.

Apple Safari:

  1. Enter or copy and paste this URL into Safari (the address bar at the top) then press “return” key on your keyboard

  2. Once the page loads, click “Bookmarks” menu from the top of your screen (the same line as the Apple logo menu)

  3. Then from the drop down, click “Add Bookmark”. Then name the bookmark and select where to save it.
