You can transfer appointments from one consultant to another when necessary. This guide will walk you through the transferring process for all consultants/practice managers.


Stage 1: Find appointment in calendar view

After logging in, your default home page is Quick View. Please click on the ‘My Calendar’ option from the left-hand side task bar.


Stage 2: Navigate to assist case page

  1. Click on the appointment in calendar view

  2. You will now be on the Appointment page

  1. Click on the Assist Case (ASST-XXXXXX) number hyperlink

  2. This will now take you to the Assist Case page (parent case)

Stage 3: Transfer appointment

  1. Click on the first task in the task filter (usually the one with a flame icon). You can click on ‘Select consultant (Allocation)’ or ‘Waiting for Appointment Completion (Response)’ as they both will take you through the rebooking process. Press ‘Yes (continue)’ if prompted.

Please note: clicking on a different task will not take you to the appropriate page.

The client must also have remaining eligible sessions for this step.

  1. Click on ‘Proceed to Rebooking’ to get to the next stage

  1. Find the appointment in the appointment list and click anywhere on the appointment. This will expand the appointment.

  1. Once expanded, it will give you an option to ‘update appointment’, click on this and you will now be able to edit the appointment

  1. Remove the consultants name, and a dropdown option will appear to select a new consultant. Type in your consultant's name and select them from the list

  1. Click on step 9 to expand and select the appropriate work schedule.

  2. Select ‘yes’ on step 10 to notify the client.

  1. You now click on step 11 to save the schedule.

  2. Click on step 12 to review the appointment

  1. Click on step 13 to finalize the appointment.

You have now successfully transferred an appointment to another consultant.
