MissingEmail | UST has detected that (due to no replies or seperate emails from consultant complaining no one has replied) emails from UST Jira are not being received to the Consultant | In all cases contact the consultant by phone when this is detected to confirm our emails are not in Junk or Spam (if it was remove this label). |
PAAInbox | Migrated from PAA Inbox. Is used to track volumes from PAA inbox for Phoenix related enquiries. |
