UST has detected that (due to no replies or seperate emails from consultant complaining no one has replied) emails from UST Jira are not being received to the Consultant

In all cases contact the consultant by phone when this is detected to confirm our emails are not in Junk or Spam (if it was remove this label).

Migrated from PAA Inbox. Is used to track volumes from PAA inbox for Phoenix related enquiries.
