Step 1: Connect to Wi-Fi

The first time you login to OSA you must be connected to the internet.

Select the circle icon in the bottom right-hand corner and press 3 times, that will take you to the settings page (See left photo below) which you select the ‘Wi-Fi Icon’. Once you have selected your Wi-Fi modem and connected the internet, press the circle icon again to go back to the login page (See right photo photo).

Step 2: Logging in to OSA

Once you’ve connected to wi-fi, you will be taken to the direct OSA login page as the default.

You are only required to login one time and the system will remember your details and automatically login for you after this.

For Converge Employees:

  • Click on AzureAD button on the left side. This should automatically log you in to the platform.

For Converge Associates:

  • You will receive an email with your login details

Your username will be the same email address you use to login to the OSA platform

  • Once you have received the email with your login details, enter your username and password on the right-hand side and press ‘sign in’

  • Once you have signed in with your username and password you will be prompted to change your password (See photo below). Once you have entered your new password you will then be taken to the OSA.

You will now have access to the OSA platform. Please refer to the guide Consultant Entering Statistics Full Guide for instructions on how to enter your stats.
