Converge International will progressively transition to a new multi factor authentication tool; Okta. This transition will occur in stages and will replace the current login screen for the Phoenix portal.

A new URL will be provided to you which will allow you to access your Okta account - from there you can access your eligible Converge services, like Phoenix and the Clinical Governance Portal using a single login.

View the FAQ section for more information.

We recommend you download the Okta Verify Application to your iPhone or Android device before you begin. The Okta Verify app will provide the verification code when you sign into the new Converge portal.

FAQ

What URL do I use to access Phoenix?

After you setup Okta, if you access Phoenix via an existing URL, you’ll need to click “Login with Okta” instead of logging in using your username and password on the Phoenix login page. Alternatively go to login.convergeint.com.

What Converge Services (Apps) are available via Okta?

We’re progressively migrating all of our services to Okta. Available now: Amazon Web Services (used by CS team and Live Chat consultants), Phoenix, Clinical Governance Portal, Onsite Wellbeing (Integrated Onsite) and Rapid Response.

I don’t want to use Okta

Once you setup your Okta account, you won’t be able to login using your previous credentials for Converge Services (like the Phoenix portal). Use of Okta enables Converge to comply with security requirements of our partners and client organizations; this is a mandatory tool for anyone using Converge Services.

I’ve forgotten my password

Your Okta username is your full Converge email address (ending in @convergeintl.com.au) and your password is the same one you use for unlocking your Converge supplied laptop and is also the same password used for Microsoft Office 365.

If you need to reset your password, go to login.convergeint.com and click “Unlock account?” and follow the on-screen instructions. Remember, when prompted, your username is your full email address.
