SMS Blocked Issue

Issue: Consultants are reporting that clients are missing from “Quick View” in the Phoenix portal and CS team reports that SMS Blocked (review) appears in the task filter, with the appointment unable to be actioned.

Solution: The mobile number needs to be adjusted to allow the SMS to be sent to the consultant. Then the CS team member needs to click the error in the task filter to allow Phoenix to continue with the SMS attempt.
