Additional Features
Within UCM and each Engagement, there are some additional features to support case management.
Program
Within the tabs on each engagement page, there is a tab titled ‘Program’.
Select this tab to navigate through the following fields:
General Details
Contact Details
Incident Details
Customer Questions
Program Contacts (shown on the right-side of the home page, and under ‘contact details’ in the program tab depict the roles of each key contact. See Glossary of Terms for key descriptors.
Attachments
Within the tabs on each engagement page, there is a tab titled ‘Attachments’
Select this tab to add any files relevant to the case
Select the add (+) button and select the method of attachment upload from the drop-down menu
The attachment function is very useful for uploading copies of consent forms, additional email correspondence, lists of group attendees etc.
