On occasion, there may be no uptake of the Rapid Response service by participants. This may typically occur:

  • during phone stand-by services

  • when a consultant is onsite and there is no opportunity for walk-the-floor, and no individuals present for group or individual support

Where there is no uptake of services, no activities can be added to the Engagement.

Where this occurs:

  1. Open the job and then select ‘Capture Activities (Conduct)’

  • No labels
