If you have a device which is not officially supported by the Converge International App you can still sync the data from that device to the Converge International App if the device or the service connected to the device can sync data to the Google Fit app.

The Google Fit app can share data collected from multiple compatible sources and share it with apps requesting that data, like the Converge International App.

Check your wearable, the wearable’s app or it’s service can sync data to the Google Fit service/app.

Check with your manufacturer’s device guide or their support website to check that they can sync data to Google Fit. If they do, follow their instructions to enable syncing of data between your wearable, the wearable’s app or it’s service and the Google Fit service/app.

Enable syncing between the Converge International App and Google Fit

  2. Tap “Profile” from the menu at the bottom

  3. Tap “Settings”

  4. Tap “Connect your device”

  5. Scroll down, then tap “Google Fit” to sync Health data from Google Fit

If you continue to have syncing issues or cannot sync data, contact your manufacturer or Google Android support for help.
