As a regular onsite wellbeing consultant, you will be receiving your own tablet prior to commencing your first onsite visit. Your tablet will you to allow you to enter in your stats via a Progressive Web App (PWA) on the spot and on the go, giving you more time to spend with our customers.

Our PWA is called Onsite Statistics Application (OSA). This is a progressive web app that's built using web platform technologies that provides a user experience like that of a platform-specific app.

With your own tablet you can look forward to:

Limiting the need to have to enter in stats outside of onsite time
Ability to enter stats without being connected to WIFI
One entry point to enter in 1:1 statistics and case notes
User-friendly platform
Detailed data capture for all service offerings
A mood rating capture at the end of each visit
Access to our product portfolio and consultant support

Please follow the below guide to activate your tablet, view your engagements and access the converge portal.

Activating your Tablet for the first time

Take your Samsung Tablet out of the box. In the box you will have the Tablet, cable and charger. Please ensure to turn on your tablet and login to the PWS for the first time prior to your first onsite visit.

Please note your USB C cord will not come with an adapter and you will need to use your own universal port.

Step 1: Charge your Tablet

You will need to charge your tablet fully before turning it on for the first time by using the cable provided.

Step 2: Login to your Tablet

Turn on your tablet via the power button on the right-hand side (See photo below). Once on, swipe up and you will be prompted to login and enter a password. Once you have entered your password correctly You will then be taken straight to the Onsite Statistics Application (OSA).

You will receive an email with:

Your tablet login password
Custom password for OSA

Step 3: Turn your device on

Logging on to the Onsite Statistics Application (OSA) via your Tablet

Step 1: Connect to Wi-Fi

The first time you login to OSA you must be connected to the internet.

Select the circle icon in the bottom right-hand corner and press 3 times, that will take you to the settings page (See left photo below) which you select the ‘Wi-Fi Icon’. Once you have selected your Wi-Fi modem and connected the internet, press the circle icon again to go back to the login page (See right photo photo).

Step 2: Logging in to OSA

Once you’ve connected to wi-fi, you will be taken to the direct OSA login page as the default.

You are only required to login one time and the system will remember your details and automatically login for you after this.

For Converge Employees:

Click on AzureAD button on the left side. This should automatically log you in to the platform.

For Converge Associates:

You will receive an email with your login details

Your username will be the same email address you use to login to the OSA platform

Once you have received the email with your login details, enter your username and password on the right-hand side and press ‘sign in’

Once you have signed in with your username and password you will be prompted to change your password (See photo below). Once you have entered your new password you will then be taken to the OSA.

You will now have access to the OSA platform. Please refer to the guide Consultant Entering Statistics Full Guide for instructions on how to enter your stats.

Step 3: Change the screen lock time

Changing your screen lock time enables you to have your tablet on for a longer duration without it turning off. To update this, please follow these steps.

Press the circle in the bottom right corner 3 times to access the settings
Press the ‘Screen Time out’ button (See left photo below)
You will be taken to another screen
Enable the manage engine app
When you have done this, select your preference
Once you have selected the time press the circle button (See right photo below) to go back to the OSA

Accessing the Converge portal via your Tablet

You will be able to access the converge portal via your tablet to access the current toolbox portfolio, inclusive of lesson plans and handouts. You will also be able to access the consultant support centre to view all user guides or raise a ticket with user support for any troubleshooting issues.

Step 1: Accessing Toolbox talk portfolio via Converge Portal

Toolbox talks are short, 15-minute practical talks designed to improve employee wellbeing. The Onsite Toolbox Talks have been created by a team of Onsite Wellbeing Consultants based on the mental health and wellbeing topics that are current topics in workplaces. They are very popular with our customers and when regularly delivered, lead to higher engagement and utilisation of onsite support.

Select Login in the top right corner of the screen
Select Consultant Portal
Login to the portal using the below details

Select Integrated Onsite Toolbox Talks on the left-hand side bar

You now have access to the toolbox talk portfolio inclusive of a lesson plan and handout. Keep an eye for new topics which are updated each month.

If you would like to request a toolbox talk topic to present to staff while onsite please email through your request to your Onsite Clinical Team Leader.
