Step 1: Access the portal; Uru ki te paetukutuku

Step 2: Whakaratohia to Organisation Code

Your organisation code can usually be found in your Human Resources, People or Wellness intranet portal or internal emails from those teams within your organisation.

If you are using the Converge International App:

  1. After downloading the Converge App, launch the application

  2. Tap “Get Started” to register

  3. You’ll be taken to 3 information screens - tap next to proceed each time

  4. Finally, enter your Organisation Code

  5. Tap “Next”


Step 3: Sign up form

Enter your email and create a password; Whakauruhia to wahitau imeera me te hanga kupuhipa hei haina.

Converge does not share your identifiable information or your personal access to the EAP service with your organisation.

Step 4: SMS and Email verification

  1. Provide your mobile number for verification; Whakaratohia to nama waea hei manatoko i o korero

  2. Next, verify your email; Na ka tirohia to imeera ki te manatoko i to wahitau imeera


Step 5: Nga korero whaiaro

Next, add your personal and contact details section so we can create your profile; Whai muri, taapirihia o korero whaiaro kia taea ai e matou te hanga i to korero.

If you are having difficulty adding in your address in the autocomplete, put in the street number first and select the autocomplete option. From there, you can add the Unit/Apt number.

For Converge App users:

You’ll have the same options but will be presented in a more compact screen.


Step 6: Whakaratohia to korero mahi

Next, enter your employment information; Whakaratohia to korero mahi

If you are unsure what your specific employment type is, please select Employee
