Adding Additional Service Delivery and/or Travel

  1. After all activities and follow-up bookings (where relevant) have been completed, select ‘Conclude’

  1. The user is then navigated to the ‘Conclude’ screen, where there is an option to ‘Amend Engagement and Travel Duration’

Only select this tick-box where actual service delivery (time) and travel duration were extended beyond the originally booked times. The user must complete all details in the subsequent field. All additional service delivery times and travel beyond those of the original booking are assessed and audited by the Rapid Response Team and confirmed with the customer prior to approval.

In addition to completing this field in UCM, a consultant MUST also email Rapid.Response.Projects@convergeintl.com.au to advise of the CP number, E number and additional hours required for this engagement. This MUST be completed no later than 48-hours after service delivery or additional hours cannot be processed for either the consultant or the customer.

 

  1. If the engagement was completed as per the original booking request (service delivery and travel), do not populate this tick-box and instead move down the screen to the final concluding questions

  1. If the engagement required extended service delivery and/or travel time, tick the box and add the actual engagement duration from the drop-down menu

Note - ‘actual engagement duration’ is the TOTAL of the engagement hours (including service delivery and travel) - not just the additional time beyond the original booked engagement

 

  1. Continue moving down the screen to the final concluding questions
