Participating in a Challenge and teams

This guide will help you find out how to register in the App, participate and join a Challenge, how to invite others and how teams are created.

How do I participate in a challenge?

Once a challenge has been announced, you can easily participate and join a Challenge by signing up in the App.

1. Download the Converge International App

From the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

2. Register for online booking using your Organisation code

You can follow the instructions here https://convergeintl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CG/pages/133201958 to register for online booking and the Converge App.

Or if you have already registered, go to step 3

3. Go to the “Challenge” tab

In the Converge International app, tap “Challenge” from the bottom menu

4. Join the Challenge to participate

On the Challenge tab, tap “Join a team now” to join and participate in the upcoming challenge. You may need to wait for you to be allocated to a team.

How do I invite others to participate in the challenge?

Your colleagues can join by following the above steps - download the App, register and join the Challenge.

While you are waiting for a challenge to begin, you can go to the Challenge tab in the App and tap “Send link” to share with Colleagues.

How are teams created?

No need to panic, based on your data, our smart App will put teams  together to make it fair across the board. As the ancient proverb goes, “All is fair in love and team fitness challenges”.    

So in short, your team will be automatically created and shown to you once the challenge starts.
