Check you have the latest version of the App

If you are contacting Converge International User Support for help with Using the App, you may be asked to identify if you are using the latest version of the App.


If you’ve already setup and registered

If you have already used the Converge International App and setup with your Organisation code, follow these steps:

  1. Go to “Profile” from the bottom menu

  2. Tap “Settings” from the list of options

  3. Tap or View “About” to view the Version number

If you haven’t setup or resisted the App

If you haven’t registered or setup your Converge International App, follow these steps to make sure you are running the latest version:

  1. Go to the App store on your device

  2. Search for “Converge International”

  3. Tap on the listing that looks like the one below

  1. On the listing, if the button next to the Converge icon says “Open” then your app is up-to-date - if it says “Update”, please tap update to update your app to the latest version
