Syncing a natively supported device (Fitbit, Garmin)
If you have a Fitbit or Garmin device, the Converge app can sync data directly with the application of your wearable and/or via the cloud with your wearable devices' online account for constant syncing.
List of devices that support syncing via your wearables' app:
Before you start, check that your device Syncs with our App. If your wearable device is listed in the table below, you can use this support article.

Sync a Garmin device
Before you start, to Sync a Garmin device, you’ll need:
To have a Garmin smartwatch device that is compatible with the Garmin Connect App
The Garmin Connect App
A Garmin Connect account (setup an account in the Garmin Connect App)
The Converge International App which is installed, registered and your profile setup
Make sure you’ve set these up before beginning to follow the below steps.
Launch the Converge International App
Tap “Profile” from the menu at the bottom right of the app
Tap “Settings”
Tap “Connect your device”
From the list of devices, tap “Garmin”
You’ll now be taken to your web-browser to sign into your Garmin Connect account
By following the above, you’ll be giving the Converge Application and our service access to Garmin activity data, which is used exclusively for Move challenges and wellbeing and activity features in the Converge App.
Garmin does not allow third party apps like the Converge App to selectively sync only steps data.
If you require more granular controls, consider syncing your Garmin App to Google Fit, then sync Google Fit to Converge where you can control what specific data to sync. To do this, you would need to share data between Garmin and Google Fit in the Garmin App (we do not provide support for this). Sync a Fitbit device
Before you start, to sync a Fitbit device, you’ll need:
To have a Fitbit device that is registered and setup in the Fitbit Application
The Fitbit Application setup, signed in and synced to your Fitbit device
A Fitbit/Google connected account to manage your Fitbit device
Make sure you’ve setup these up before beginning to follow the below steps.
Launch the Converge International App
Tap “Profile” from the menu at the bottom right of the app
Tap “Settings”
Tap “Connect your device”
From the list of devices, tap “Fitbit”
You’ll now be taken to your web-browser to sign into your Fitbit or Fitbit connected Google account
By following the above, you’ll be giving the Converge Application and our service access to Fitbit activity data, which is used exclusively for Move challenges and wellbeing and activity features in the Converge App.
