Access video appointment links manually

In the event that the booking confirmation email and/or the booking reminder email is not delivered to you, or the booking link is not working, you can manually access the active Video call (Microsoft Teams video call) link directly from the Phoenix portal Quick View page.

Access the link manually

  1. Login to the Phoenix portal where you’ll be taken to the Quick View page (or click “Quick View” from the left menu if not)

  2. Find the upcoming appointment you need the link for in the “Appointments not started” section

  3. Click the Appointment button on the left side of the appointment listing

  4. On the following page, scroll down slightly until you reach the header “Review Appointment details” where you’ll see the sub-header “Appointments overview”. In this sub-section, you’ll see the Teams link (see image below)

Join the meeting

Once you click the manual Teams link from Phoenix, it will open the meeting in your browser. In the new window, you’ll be asked if you want to conduct the meeting in the Teams app or in your browser.

If you have the Teams App installed on your computer already, choose “In teams app” or similar. If you don’t have Teams installed, choose the “Browser” option to open the meeting in your web-browser.
