Quick View is a simplified view of the existing Phoenix portal - the Quick View page presents appointments in a list view and provides you with Quick Actions for each appointment, including commence, no show, cancel and complete.

How to access Quick View

  1. Login to the Phoenix portal as normal https://phoenix.convergeint.com/

  2. From the left menu, click “Quick View”

The Quick View page presents appointments split into 3 sections and on the right side are quick actions for those appointments.

Note: The list view of each of the three sections are limited to presenting the 5 most recent appointments. For older appointments in the list, there’s a page number icon at the top right to navigate or you can use the https://convergeintl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ALL/pages/101384213

The three sections are:

Appointments not started
This section presents all of scheduled appointments which have not yet been commenced (started). Any appointments from the past which have not yet been started are also presented in this list.

Appointments in progress
If you commence an appointment but don’t complete the appointment, are interrupted, close the page or abandon the process, the appointment will be stored in this section ready for you to click “Resume” to complete it.

Appointments recently completed
This section presents all completed appointments and by default, presents it in chronological order from newest to oldest.

As mentioned in the note above, this list presents the 5 most recent appointments - you can use the page number navigation icon at the top right of the section or the https://convergeintl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ALL/pages/101384213 to search for a particular client or appointment.
