MFA activation not working

If you’ve received an activation email for Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) and the activation link does not work, you’ll need to raise a ticket with User Support here.

This can occur when you’ve taken too long to click the link in the MFA activation email.

If you’ve already clicked the link and created a password, but not setup your MFA authenticator, you can login here at login.convergeint.com and after logging in, you’ll be prompted to setup an MFA authenticator.
