External referral for Customers
When a customer has concluded their EAP services, left their employer (and it’s EAP service) or if the customer chooses to, the customer can be referred to an external service for ongoing, private support.
To refer a customer to an external provider (including yourself for private services), you’ll need to contact your Clinical Manager for guidance and compliance verification. If approved and validated, the Clinical Manager will then provide 1:1 assistance with referring the customer.
