Ad hoc schedule information

When working as an associate for Converge International, you’ll have an Ad Hoc schedule. An Ad hoc calendar requires Converge to contact you (by email or phone) to confirm your availability before scheduling an appointment.

After completing the first appointment, rebooking's are completed by you from the Phoenix portal, unless the client has contacted Converge directly to rebook over the phone.
