If you are unwell and require schedule block
If you are unwell today or within 24 hours of the start of your next schedule availability, you’ll need to contact Converge as soon as possible so we can block your schedule and potentially reschedule your appointments for that same day.
To ensure your request is processed with priority, you must email out customer service team using the below information:

Subject: CVI - RESCHEDULES - FIRST NAME LAST NAME STATE
Subject: Include confirmation that you are unable to attend your schedule and request a block. Include confirmation of how many sessions you have on that day so our team know to reschedule your existing appointments.
If you have planned time away and need to block your schedule
For non-sick, planned time away where you require us to block your schedule, you’ll need to email people.asssitadmin@convergeintl.com.au to confirm this request.
The People Assist Admin team will process this request within 24hrs.
Note: that if you have appointments scheduled during your planned time away block, you’ll need to reschedule them yourself, unless it's the 1st appointment with that customer.
