Use filter tool to search
You can search for an existing client in Phoenix using the “filter” tool which is accessible where any list appears.
Step 1: Find a list to search
Wherever a list of appointments or clients is visible, you can filter search to find exactly what you are looking for. For example, if you are searching for a past client, you’d search for them in the “Recently Completed Appointments” section of Quick View or if it’s a future appointment, you’d find them in the “Appointments not started” section of Quick View.
Step 2: Click the filter button
The filter button (a dotted triangle) is found in the column header, next to each column name. For example to filter for a clients' first name, you’d click the filter button next to the column header for “Client first name”.
Step 3: Filter options
Finally, after clicking the filter button on your desired column, you can either
A) Search for an item in that column by using the text box at the bottom of the filter pop up,
B) Or, you can use the list in the filter pop up and tick the item(s) from the list
Then, click the “Apply” button to filter the results.
To clear the filter, click the filter icon (dotted triangle) and click “Clear filter” at the top of the filter pop up.
